Course overview
The two day PA preparation / training is currently organised as below:
Day 1 online individual study via completion of the PL PLG modules as a pre-requisite for attending day 2 {information will be sent out two weeks prior to day 2 to complete on-line}
Day 2 is a remote study day with discussion and activities applying theory in the PL PLG modules to practice and facilitated by an academic colleague, 9:30am - 3:30pm {Day 2 dates are listed above}
With the introduction of the NMC’s Standards for Student Supervision and Assessment (2018) there are now a number of staff in Trusts and organisations who wish to become Practice Supervisors and Practice Assessors and who require preparation for the role.
